Terms & Conditions — Would Recommend Assessment

The Would Recommend Assessment is a digital product offered by 9052020 Canada Inc., doing business as The Ops Shop ("we," "us"). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Your purchase includes access to the ScoreApp assessment plus one (1) thirty-minute call with Nikki McKnight. Your assessment results are delivered instantly through ScoreApp the moment you complete it, and your call booking link is sent to the email you provide at checkout; it's on you to book within forty five (45) days of purchase, after which the call portion is forfeited.

All sales are final. Because the assessment is delivered digitally and immediately, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued once payment has been processed, whether or not you complete the assessment or attend your call.

Rescheduling your call is welcome with at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice before your scheduled start time, and you're entitled to one (1) reschedule per purchase. Reschedules requested inside the 24-hour window, no-shows, and any missed second attempt will be treated as the call delivered and no make-up will be offered.

The assessment and the call are educational in nature and reflect our professional opinion based on the information you provide; they don't constitute legal, financial, or guaranteed business advice, and outcomes vary based on your own implementation. Anything shared during your call is confidential on both sides, and any frameworks, materials, or recommendations delivered remain the intellectual property of 9052020 Canada Inc. and are for your internal use only.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
